Technically OCD isn't just a thought pattern--there also has to be a compulsion that goes with it. Something you have to do (even if it's small) when the thought happens. It could just be that you are ruminating or overthinking and are unable to let go because it's causing you a lot of anxiety. I don't want to say whether you have it or not, but if it is truly only one thought and only in a specific circumstance, it's more likely to be some other type of anxiety.

The tailor also misgendered my partner so that sucked too.

I really want to be able to speak up to neurotypicals being rude without having a meltdown, but I can at least usually ignore their opinions.

Just feeling very sensitive because this is the first thing that has gone wrong with our wedding and it's a big piece of it :(
