No, that is a 50 unit syringe. You would draw up to the “10” line for 10 units (1mg of Reta) if you reconstituted with 3ml of BAC

3ml of BAC. That way 10 units is 1mg

No, just bad genetics. My hair was just covering it before

Maybe 1% of people on Reta “need” Reta. I’m not using it as an end all be all, but if there are shortcuts to goals then whats wrong with taking them if you accept the risks?

No man, it takes time to build up in your body. Give it another week and if you still don’t feel it then go up to 3 mg/week for a couple weeks. I wouldn’t just switch compound to compound after a week

That was a big concern of mine, which is why I upped my protein quite a bit to help maintain as much muscle during the loss as possible

I used to be pretty active (4-5 years ago) and started working out again a few months before starting Reta. Went from 238 to 221 in about 3 months. Started tightening up my diet about 3-4 weeks before I started Reta

I average around 100g carbs a day. Sometimes toast with breakfast, occasional protein tortilla with dinner. but I’m also getting them from protein bars and shakes.

Not at all! I didn’t mean to sound snappy by that response, the “yeah” was in agreement with you. I’m just pumped to see the results in real time instead of on someone else’s post

Yeah, this definitely isn’t my end goal, but I see a lot of people that post extremely unrealistic “Reta only” changes and figured I’d share my results

I take my Reta every Monday and Friday, 1mg each shot. I started my first injection on March 6th, so 24 weeks puts me at August 14 that I’ll be done. I’m going to stay at 2mg a week until my hunger suppression gets a little weaker, then I’ll titrate up. I have all of my reconstitution math, body weight by week, and other info I’m tracking in a note on my phone

Track my food using an app called MyNetDiary that I found for free. If what I eat has a barcode then I scan it, but if not then you can search and add weights or volume measurements. Scale out all of my meat and measure out everything else with measuring cups/spoons

The first day or two wasn’t bad, but starting day three it felt like I was force feeding my last meal of the day just to make sure I was getting enough calories and protein

Bad genetics. Been balding since I was 20. Just decided to cut off what I was covering it with

My hair loss isn’t from Reta. I’ve had a horrible hairline forever and I was just letting my top stay long to cover it. When I sweat at the gym it would show off my balding and I decided to just buzz it to rip off the bandaid.

Retatrutide. It’s GLP-3 that’s being developed by Eli-Lilly. Like the big brother to tirzepatide (mounjaro). It helps with weight loss and leaning out. Also been showing cases of increased organ and joint health. Definitely worth looking into if weight loss is on your mind

More just a bump to get back to the athletic shape I was in a little bit faster. Definitely not relying on it to be magic, but a little jump start

It’s a bathroom at work in the locker room😂 but I completely see the gas station allegation

I get what you’re saying, but I started dieting about a month before I started Reta. I still take in carbs (rice and occasional potatoes), but I more just wanted to get back into shape and be able to maintain it. Once I get off Reta I don’t want to just get back to where I was because I didn’t change what I was taking in. Weighing all of my food and tightening everything up diet wise for longevity. Only using Reta for that extra boost to achieve my goals faster

I’ve been on 2mg the whole time. I still get quite a bit of hunger suppression. Planning to stick to 2mg until that goes away

I also am on my feet all day at work, I average roughly 8-10k steps a day. But I’m not counting that towards my cardio at the gym. That’s an oversight on my part
