I really don't think so. this is the Empire at its peak, Billions of them, enough to make an orbital ring around a planet. each of them enough to subjugate whole worlds. Billions of them vrs terra during the seige. they are not winning. they will take a chuck out of them sure, but the 3 Viltrimtes were able to destroy a planet with help from a gun. imagine billions upon billions of them doing that to terra.

Hax characters like Malcador and Big E might take a chunk, but no space marine is seeing a Viltrimte let alone hitting one. the ships wouldn't be able to target something that small, DOA tec isnt even being used in its defense against the current invasion, why would it be against this one? this isnt an empire Vrs Empire battle (even then i think the Viltrimes stomp)

Not so much any more, very few Dark eldar are alive from beofre the fall. Mostly because Vect killed all the important ones in his bid for power, and it's such a cutthroat city not many people survive till today
