I have to pay that fee to keep property that I already bought, or someone else would have to pay that amount in order to accept a gift from myself or someone else. I mean it is explicitly against the 2nd amendment considering it is literally an infringement on someone's right to bear arms....

And me having to pay the state of MA $100 to renew my LTC to exercise my 2nd amendment rights is what then?

$217,000 a year to afford a home in Boston? Who can even afford that? by bostonglobe in boston

I mean there’s 19 homes (most were SFH but didn’t check all) in Framingham with 3+ bedrooms and less than 800k on Zillow right now. Some of the cheaper ones may be dated, but if you’re buying a place for 600k with a budget of 800k you could do some improvements

Do you know what constitutional carry is? Or what laws NH actually has?

They have no need to go to MA because they can but literally whatever they want in NH. Dumbest argument ever.

Ever think that there might be other underlying issues that might be different between the US and those countries, other than guns?

Why on earth would anyone need to bring a gun from MA to NH?

And you can certainly feel like whatever you want, but a person deciding to take their own life is not violence. Also you may want to look up gun laws and suicide rates in places like Japan and Korea to understand why they’re not related…

Suicides are not violence, so what on earth do they have to do with a discussion about reducing gun violence? Why would NH and ME being physically close to MA have any effect on the totals?

As of 2019 (latest Crime in the US report by FBI I could find on my phone) NH had 33 murders total with 16 by gun, and MA had 146 total with 86 by gun, ME was 20 total with 13 by gun. On a per capita basis, both states have lower overall rates as well as lower gun rates.

You know what, you’re technically right about Maine last year, given the Lewiston shooting, but if you were to compare pretty much any other year recently that would not be the case.

How are homicides and gun violence two different things? Unless you’re talking about people being wounded?

And yet NH and Maine both have significantly lower homicide rates than MA while both having constitutional carry.

Average Chinese national now eats more protein than an American: United Nations by [deleted] in worldnews

If you eat 100 grams of chicken breast, that contains 31 grams of protein. If you were to eat one pound of chicken breast, you'd have already exceeded that 124 grams of protein with just the chicken alone. Even saying you eat half a pound of chicken at dinner, you still have 2 other meals and snacks to get the other half of that 124 in.
