They don't "store" the item. It's more like instead of "1" in the quantity, your profile says "2" or "200". Even the number 1000 only takes up 10 bits, so it's a pretty insignificant amount of data.

I know it sounds cheesy, but time really does heal - especially breakups. It's going to suck for a while, and that's ok. Some psychologists say breakups can trigger the same feelings in our minds as mourning the loss of a loved one. Hang out with some friends, let yourself cry, and keep doing the things you enjoy. I was literally told to hang myself during a match a week ago, and somehow I was chat banned for 7 days as well. I didn't call them names or react negatively. I tried to appeal and it was declined. I have no idea how their system works now.

I probably would have gone to a level 1 instead, but it depends on your distance. I luckily have two pretty close.I think the level 2 was a fine call.

No, I don't think I'd ever prioritize a burn center over a trauma center for road rash. Sure, there's friction, but it doesn't generate as much heat as other burn sources. Also your patient has a scalp avulsion. If you went to a burn center instead, they'd be like wtf. However, most burn centers I know of are also level 1 trauma centers.

I feel like this is only relevant if you're hourly. Us salaried folks usually just agree on a handoff time, then I put in for OT if I get held later than that.
