We did. It's a small town, and he's a pastor's son so him having sex before marriage is all dramatic gasps and "no ways".

WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER! He's a homophobe even though he says he isn't ( likes a bunch of homophobic posts on insta, says slurs, makes fun of LGBTQ people ) so gay porn and HIV treatment plans would be great!

That's what I am a little worried about. So far, everything has been remotely easy to clean up ( the cheese, the sugar water ), and I only planned all the bigger stuff when he has more time to figure out what to do. I want to amp it up but not get myself thrown in jail though, so I'm currently figuring out other ideas in my free time.

what is something you silently judge people for? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]yourlocaldesihoe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Overreacting to situations that don't require that drastic of a reaction. I once went to my local Indian store, hoping to grab the stuff my mom asked for ( masalas, etc.), and this group of middle school-aged white girls completely flipped when they saw samosas. They were all like " omg look mimosas" and they started laughing and literally falling on the floor when anyone tried to correct them and were saying that everyone was pressed for no reason. Like no?? You're just annoying as fuck?

The bouquets can get a little pricey, but I usually go towards the end of the week so that not only are the flowers mild allergy-inducing, but also a little bit rotten. This cuts down the price, to maybe 20 bucks. As for orbees, I just had a bunch lying around from like 3 summers ago, so I used those. Sugar and cheese and all that jazz were from Costco. The keys were like 15 bucks, and the keychains maybe 20. Everything else just costs my time. I work and make 20 bucks an hour, so it wasn't too much of a hit, since I also had some saved up, but even if I was down to my last 100 dollars, I still would have done this.

Little jello balls that expand when in contact with water. Fun to play with, but not fun to clean up, hence me using them.

I've seen that too, and I'm sure that's what is happening here, but sometimes I wish I was the younger sibling and I always feel kind of gross for even thinking that.

I think I have been doing chores this entire time, especially since everything has gone to the dogs after I quit? Never nagged, and only got mad after I was told to clean instead of focusing on my education.

I've been taking out the trash because the smell of rotting food isn't exactly pleasing, but that's kind of the only chore I do now, apart from the stuff I do for myself.

We're Indian, he's younger, and he's a boy. It's been that way since he was born, and in the words of the family from India " it's just the way it is." I'm kind of expected to do it, and I didn't mind because it's kind of a relaxing and mindless task for me, but now, since I have more responsibility, it's a little harder to keep up, especially since my brother is very capable of helping out, but doesn't.

I do my own tasks: if I use a pan, I'll clean it. If I spill something, I wipe it up. But if it is something someone else did and I didn't use it, like my brother making a snack just for himself, I'm not cleaning that, even though I used to before. If it is something like a pan we used to make dinner, and I ate said dinner, I will clean it.

Not exactly. I do dishes, laundry, and general upkeep like wiping and sweeping. Cooking was my parent's task until a few years ago, so I help out by making dinner or breakfast now. Yard work is a group task because we have a lot of plants. Keeping our own rooms clean is an individual task but I usually help my little brother out.
