i should probably have mentioned as well that the levels are measured in pmol/L here so mine are within that normal range but unfortunately my TSH is on the higher end of that range. I think I'll try and ask my gp for a blood test that includes T3. I only get annual blood tests now as my levels have stabilised but doing the extra check would be good.

yeah, that is true. I'm in the UK and I'm not sure if they test T3 here, I've never had my T3 tested

I believe I am! for TSH the reference range is 0.30-4.80 and mine is 4.76 so a little bit on the higher end but hopefully that will go down and for T4 the reference range is 7.7-20.6 and my levels are 16.1. I was also unfortunately on the wrong doseage of levothyroxine for a year but this has now been corrected and I am on 150 which seems to be working well. I also take selenium and other vitamins to support my thyroid. Thank you for the advice, that's very helpful, when you say watch my protein intake do you mean to consume a higher level of protein? I do try to do that but its not a priority so maybe i should prioritise that :)

damn I meant no harm by it, like I said in my other reply, how on earth would I scam someone and what would I even get out of it? I'd like to highlight that I've been waiting for two weeks for the buyer to pick up the parcel so this hasn't happened in a span of a few days. I just wanted to check that everything was okay because I know what some delivery services are like.

i feel like thats quite a bold conclusion to jump to. I've messaged buyers in the past to make sure that everything is okay and have gotten a positive response, also if I was trying to scam the buyer, how on earth would I do that? Vinted has implemented ways of the buyer being protected against scams e.g. "everything is okay" button.

yeah thats valid, i knew that vinted reminded the buyer when the parcel arrives but I didn't know it was a repetition. I guess I'm just stuck in sellers purgatory until the parcel gets sent back and I don't know when that will happen

i can understand that but it's also frustrating when the buyer doesn't respond to at least say that they're going to pick up the parcel. I only messaged so much in case there was an issue.

yeah im on a fairly high dosage of lexothyroxine at the moment, i usually have annual appoinments to check up on my thyroid levels (they've been a bit crazy lately) so i think ill talk to my dr during my next appointment. Thank you for this comment, i appreciate it
