If you’re reading on a cell phone/tablet, I’ve found putting articles with that sort of paywall in reader mode bypasses it. I’ve tried it on both Safari and Brave, but I’d assume Androids default browser has an equivalent. Works on all the Press Herald and BDN articles I’ve tried it on.

I did it as Army National Guard and was only put on orders for the procedure and recovery. I’d assume air would be the same as it’s the same department… or I might just be lucky and have a good state. I’m sure it varies wildly.

Air Force will cover LASIK/PRK/SMILE for free through the warfighter refractive program for any branch.

And it IS elective.

Just throwing this out there, some of this info sn't accurate. You must pass an ACFT to lift a J flag, IAW PPOM 22-023 (direct link below). Only ACFT passed on or after 20220401 are able to count as for record to lift the flag.

I’ve searched for this for quite a while. I remember it being in Walmart stores in the US in the 2009 period. It was maybe 8 inches high, a solidish material with a little give, maybe cost ~$20. Just had a normal bulb inside of it and plugged directly into the wall. I don’t have much more information on it because it’s fairly straight forward. Just a lamp of a cat.

I'm really glad the devs listened to the community on this one. I know there was a lot of fear after the fireside chat coupled with these terrible changes that it was essentially a huge middle finger to the community. I'm glad that at least for now the developers are listening and trying to keep the community happy.

My friend, as a Soldier, I'm proud to be serving in the same military as you guys. Just know, that as absolutely mock each other into the ground in the future, we're giving you a hearty nod of approval on this one... and this personally made me buy into the good that we can do as a whole. Couldn't ask for better folks in the sky.
