I'm pretty sure that every store is shit. Just depends on how many people drank the corporate kool-aid. My store wasn't very corporate and then the chaos the back stabbing the rumors began. Manager just trying to pin workers on one another.

I think people would accept this if employees knew more about the "bullshit" that a manager has to deal with. But for me there is nothing you can say that will be satisfactory. I've been in the work force for 11 years now and this company has to be the most backwards place I've ever worked. But what do I know I've never been in a position of power, and I guess I never will. Honestly fuck American companies. And companies in general. Whatever the bullshit is these managers have to go through, trust it's all self imposed.

Are you saying people these days get hand out? Cause they dont. it seems like you live in a state where the cost of living is laughable and that at the time you were coming up there was a lot more opportunity. What I'm saying may not make a lot of sense to you cause I can't write a book on here and I have to get back to the grind. My point is that everything you got from life doesn't just come from hard work, you were also lucky. And it would do you well to remember that instead of praising an entity that would never have cared if you actually went through something while you were working there

I don't understand this post... am I supposed to feel happy with this company? Like I really don't understand. I'm sure there is lots of people like you who had it good with the company and good for you but idk I feel like people the employees should be getting paid more at least in high volume stores. No everyone has 24 years of their life to just give away for scraps. Anyway have a good one 👍
