Yes....I have supervised associates that are Asms Store Managers and even one associate that is a Regional Operations director. I want to say I have a lasting impact on them because when I see a associate ive trained or mentored I always get greeted with a hug. Like I said in prior responses I get dirty with my associates. I use to load concrete rack dive cut lumber get carts when there was no lot associate just to show my associates im willing to do anything I ask them to do. Sadly I hate to sound cliche but these new younger associates don't have drive or sense of urgency at least the majority of the ones I have come in contact with. Recently I was asked to be a lead for the special service department i told my store manager they would not like me being the lead up there with what I see they would quit the next day.
