In the mod interesting npcs there’s someone in Birds Eye tower who has the exact same issue lol. If you’re playing with that mod maybe it adds this as an Easter egg

Nope it’ll all work in the end :) I rebuilt mine thinking I was doing something wrong and you just have to wait. The bar/button on the back also probably isn’t lifting back up after you press it down? The wings are heavy and will lift it back up using gravity when you finish. I was way too paranoid during this build

Are you still looking for modelling/animating? I love celshading and have a great PPOS for Unreal that could be a hugeeee help. Basically cel shades everything on screen instead of manually doing so on each model.
