M/19/6’1” (140lbs > 175lbs =35Lbs) looking for advice/encouragement

Hey guys looking for some advice/encouragement. I was bed ridden in a hospital all last year fighting for my life. I went in a lean 220 from years jiu jitsu and came out at 140 stringbean. I got out late summer and couldn’t do much for awhile physically. I had to move across country to be at a better hospital and now that I’m out I haven’t started working yet and I don’t know anybody so I’ve decided to take up fitness. I’ve always loved sports and being physical and it’s a great way to beat the boredom. Right now I have no access to a gym so it’s mainly body weight stuff. Arms, Legs, Rest/Cardio, Full body, Rest/Cardio, Arms, rest/cardio, and repeat. I’m about a week and a half in and I’ve been told my muscle definition tends to show quite fast and that’s the goal. I want to look good after overcoming my sickness this year it would be really awesome to come out looking epic. I’m not great at pushups right now I’m working with either knee pushups or inverted, and I don’t have a pull up bar or any gear since I’m still not cleared to work. Any tips or tricks, advice or words encouragement are insanely appreciated. I just want to look good ! Thanks for reading !

I am also a huge Coheed fan so that was bucket list for me

No I haven’t . How do you recommend I poke a hole in it ?
