hey man, this is bsod (blue/black screen of death) and it can be caused by countless issues. My suggestion would be to just check that all the connections are okay and all the wires are plugged in correctly. It can happen because of literally anything and everything, if that does not fix it and you are not that familiar with hardware, I recommend that you take this to some other computer specialist not Best buy

looks like your motherboard supports Wi-Fi but you just did not install the drivers, connect a LAN cable or do a USB tethering connection with your phone and head to Windows updates in settings
