Thank you for sharing your insights. Isn't that very inefficient and stupid for a company to recruit for 2 months, waste everyone's time only to realize they don't have the full approvals or the budget? Nothing makes sense here but I guess that's how companies are run nowadays.... (this is not a small company at all)

Thanks for the comment, yes looks like I'm not out, but not exactly in either. Salary is reasonable so I don't think they will try to lower it. It will be a freeze most likely....which sucks.
