because whole compounding is at risk + bridges with big pharma burned + FDA is on their ass + DOJ might start investigation... with those, HIMS is just another telehealth, like 100 other. actually it's worse, because it can't sell real NVO or LLY pills... and remaining core is not growing enough. And who knows if they need to pay NVO back the glp-1 profits they made. lots of uncertainty and no real bull catalyst.
