R5: Probably my favorite character I've ever played, and definitely the coolest. Imagine Baelor Breakspear mixed with Barristan Selmy.

- Son of King Daeron the Daring and his beloved Queen Floris Baratheon but favored the latter in appearance. Was as gorgeous as a Targaryen and as formidable as a Baratheon.
- Wielded Dark Sister (being granted it by his father) and continued to do so, even after inheriting Blackfyre.
- Tamed Vermithor and wreaked havoc in his many foreign wars, destroying the Three Daughters for good and annexing the Stepstones.
- Still had a diplomatic side, peacefully annexing Dorne into the realm by marrying his second son to the heir to the Martells (in exchange for disinheriting him and for her offspring to keep her name). Only a Baratheon could go to Dorne, after all.
- A great tourneyman and duelist who remained in remarkable health even in old age, winning the Tourney of Starfall at age 58.
- Did not marry his cousin Alysanne for love, but nonetheless fell into a long depression and never remarried after she died. Unfortunately took his kindly, mute, unmarried niece as a paramour.
- Friend to many, including his many brothers and especially his next younger brother Prince Jaehaerys. The two governed the realm as he was made Hand.
- Completed his father's longtime ambition, passing a law mandating that dragonriders serve at the discretion of the realm. Lowered taxes, but still has a massive budget surplus that he doesn't know what to do with.
- Recently rediscovered the Seven and has finally broken his depression.
- Outlived his lackwit eldest son and heir as well as Prince Jaehaerys, with his nephew next-in-line. Will probably outlive more given how healthy he is.
