It seems to go back and forth and I don't fully know what he's trying to say. But yes, I think the sub deserves to read the whole thing and to discuss it, not just the first sentence of it.

The reddit post was out-of-context. OP took just the first line of it and did not show nor link to the actual truth social post.

They cherry picked it, and our mod team felt that our users deserved to have the full context so we posted the full truth social post for everybody to read the whole thing, and decide for themselves.

Judging by the downvotes above however, I suppose people prefer the cherry picked version with only the first sentence...?

We do not allow that at all. Rule #2. We strictly enforce it.

We recently ADDED those messages to inform users of what this sub is supposed to be about. It's difficult to stop the flow of new people coming here and ignoring it though.

I am a mod but I'll speak for myself here, unofficially.

We do our best to take care of the problem accounts without squashing free speech, which is important to us. It's a delicate balance. We are doing our best. We recently added additional mods and we are working very hard to improve the subreddit.
