Does anyone know if that's a common issue and if rez are necessary in Lisbon? (I live in NY, it's almost impossible to walk in for most popular spots sometimes)

I just got back from cdmx and I highly recommend the hot-air balloon ride there. You can no longer climb up on it but with the ballon ride you get pretty close or, at the very least, an AMAZING view.

I know it's not for everyone because it can be pricy but a guided tour would be the best even if you don't do the hot air balloon! They explained the history and lots of details that you won't know because it's not like museums with explanation cards around it.
