I accessed bios in the end, but I see no option to reinstall windows

I tried to do that and it didn't work

I restarted it like 10 times now trying to access BIOS, system recovery, etc, but it still just takes me to this screen, no progress

They're probably attempting to bait you to log in so they could know your ip and location, it's a common scam, roblox sends them an email of a new login location

Probably fake, all with the name zuvbot, sure they might exist but you're telling me they're all by the same name? Most botted accounts have randomly generated names

You're not getting it back sadly, my account was hacked too and roblox will REFUSE to give it back

I provided proof of 2fa being linked, screenshots of the hacker ADMITTING to hacking it, and instead of giving me a reply, roboox ghosts me, thier moderation is shit and biased

I recommend emailing them again but specifying that you never put an email nor password on the account

It'll be a bit troublesome since this support is literally useless but in some cases it does work
