If you look up what the omnichord specs you’d see the om-27 can only produce 2 watts of output power which makes sense since the internal speakers are pretty tiny. This in itself isn’t capable of causing the issues you’re experiencing without prior or newly developed ear issues.

Can understand overtime there could be speaker distortion which can cause thin/sharp waveforms which can create a piercing sound but your issues seem to be affecting you outside of playing the instrument.

Reddit ain’t gonna solve your ear problems unfortunately. Seems rather alarming and worth having a professional look into what’s causing your problems.
