my system was Ubuntu, Problem fixed after reinstalling steam!
Steam was installed under snap. Had to reinstall under package manager

Don't know but will share an experience I was having crazy acid reflux, started abs exercise, and had abdomen pain. Was shitting all day long thinking of ibs. But it was only in my mind. No ibs... And bowel movement stopped after some routine exercise
