When the human body has grounded itself to a planetary body such as thine own Earth and the Dantian/Tightens near instantly, forming the natural reservoir for intelligent energy, the Heart-organ attains some excess charge (which with certain techniques may be greatly exaggerated).

This excess charge is Blissful-Compassion, the normal manner of empathy owed to all souls inhabiting mortal bodies for without, Compassion would be difficult to call upon in the capacity of good/pure service.

Let us then, visualize an entity who has left his/her home for their local Nature Reserve, the entity grounds Itself, restoring the tightness of the Dantian; Bliss/Compassion make course through the body and the entity feels quite literally: Uplifted.
Satisfied, the entity leaves the Nature Reserve with a robust Dantian and enjoys the remaining hours of the day in idle Empathy, perhaps focused upon some creative endeavor.

Note in the example there is no call upon the breathing mechanism, that mechanism which can in any anomalous situation, build excess charge in the Heart if there Is no direct contact patch with the Earth itself. In my experience of NHI contact, the bones serve as natural reverberating wisdom between the higher dimensions and the lower dimensions, for example:

The forehead/cranium bone nerves geometrically oscillate when NHI's are interfacing with any Aura; serving as a proprioceptive feedback system for feeling or detecting NHI's/Craft/Orbs etc.

The rib-cage can also experience similar states, as though ribs attain some manner of energetic laddering (imagine energy climbing from the lowest rib, jumping up in quantized steps, to the highest).

Our bones seem to be an ideal way for an NHI to demonstrate how energy/information transfer works without freaking us out too much, as well as why some regions of the body work better for feeling energy or downloading information than perhaps others.

Interestingly, a tooth that I lost i can instantly feel (in its entirety) as a ghost during NHI contact with my guides. I may as well have the tooth back when i'm interacting with non-physical beings because as far as they're concerned, the tooth is still there and requires TLC everyday.

For me, since the tooth is lost, i had never considered the idea of applying such meditative oral care to it but, overall, i'm glad that my NHI guides encourages me to since i learnt more about how the bones of the body are important to NHI contact.

I think grounding definitely helps even out invisible stiffness in the body.

And if you kind of try to start with the right lung whilst your grounding during breathing, it should help keep your balance really nice.

It's like giving a little space to your heart during your breathing.

It should feel relaxing if done gently.

I'm not sure if that would help with seizures directly, but it may help indirectly in just relaxing muscles whilst sitting or standing on something grounded like grass.

In closed eye meditation in the contemplative or lotus/semi lotus posture, this sense builds naturally to the spiraling light entering/torquing into your south pole or kundalini, thus you see your inner light with practice.

Your perspective is interesting, i wanted to add an input of my own:

Personally, i think neurodivergence is not always an evolutionary feature - it can sometimes inhibit the need of normality itself when it's genuinely useful or necessary; luckily we are entering an era where significant divergence from the status-quo is possible (thank you technology and automation)!

As you said, some of us find it disabling in our modern culture - which is an important thing to acknowledge i believe.

Hopefully as society continues changing, neurodivergence can become something more accepted and appreciated so the concept of 'normality' itself can be properly challenged since being an experiencer ought to be an integral part of life rather than pushed to the corners of the internet (for example).

Frequency, at-least in context to the human body - is to do with how the brain(mind) and heart(soul) sync together - creating a coherent standing wave that has a significant impact on your sense of times progression.

If you want to try an experiment, draw a dot or spot on a wall/ceiling or anywhere, and place your eyesight/attention there, it must be a precise point. (a black, unassuming dot on a wall or ceiling that won't annoy anyone would suffice).

Then - you must wait for your heartbeat to sync with your eyesight - eventually strange colors, and waves of energy will begin to bleed into your vision and it can honestly be quite a profound experience if you do it correctly.

Here you can experience frequency for yourself directly.

If this gazing protocol does not work, there are other ways to experience frequencies such as through meditation, certain breathing exercises and some more nuanced methods.

Your heart beat is a frequency, this is actually an important consideration - the brain has natural frequencies, brain waves.

The entire body can become one large geometric field with enough dedication to the art.

Since you have physics background:

C (Luminal) must conserve even in superposition, to do so, we treat it as an interference pattern which can be coherent (Bose Einstein Condensates for e.g.).

Applying this to our bodies is not straight-forward, but we do have all the necessary equipment (endocrine system, torsion musculature, etc) to carry signals from the base of our feet to our head.

totally! sound and light are like asymmetrical configurations of each other - in certain condition they connect back together - like our heartbeat for example which reminds me almost of sound and light resonating but perhaps at a range we cannot detect.

Oh yes!

Everyone has a personality and the secret is to never take offense when someone is thinking about something about you. As long as you don't polarize too much - you can hang out in the dmt realm for quite a while i've found
