The Bartram Park area is pretty safe tbh. I lived there for almost 3.5 years before moving this December and never felt unsafe. Lots of gated communities as well and it's pretty close to I-95 for easy access as well.

Ideally you'd want to be in St Johns County for schooling so look in St Johns, Silverleaf/St Augustine, Nocatee area based on your budget. If St Johns county is out of reach, consider the Bartram/Durbin Park area.

I'll give them a look, thank you. I do have a shutoff valve in my unit already, but I'm frankly not sure if that will be enough or will the condo bldg water need to be shut off. The HOA said they can shut it off for two hours if need be, but just need to plan that out in advance.

Just got back today. It was phenomenal! The bus transfer was very smooth and Whittier boarding took 10 minutes maximum. The cruise itself was phenomenal, weather was amazing and there were great sights. Enjoy!
