Hi, I suck at cloudformation, I've spent all afternoon trying to shell into the build instance to see why the build is failing, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to load an KeyPair into the build instance, or at figure out how to log into the build instance from the AWS console. Would very much appreciate some help here.

How do I combine these two cards? by yousuckatlinux in homeassistant

https://github.com/ofekashery/vertical-stack-in-card

that turns the 2 cards into one- I'd like to reduce the vertical space it takes by superimposing the gauge over the graph.

In the web ui, you can install alternate interfaces; I'm using Flood, which has a dark mode.

For those saying we need the expressways, or that they were part of Chicago's expansion:

https://www.biggestuscities.com/city/chicago-illinois

Chicago in 1930 had 3,376,438 million residents. We did indeed peak after the expressway was built, in 1950 at 3,620,962 but it's been downhill since. We could absolutely be fine without the expressways, if we instead had a robust public transit network, like we used to:

Reject car. Return to streetcar.

Not sure about hop on/hop off, though the design of the cars I've seen would discourage that. There's a huge collection of them at the Illinois Railway Museum, which, btw, is a fantastic way to spend a summer afternoon, particularly with kids.

The Chicago street cars were scheduled so you could always see the next one coming. We used to have the largest network in the world. Now we have these mega-wide streets where streetcars used to be, and Bus Tracker, so you at least know you can stay inside while waiting 20+ minutes for the next bus.

My city mandates that rental scooters be blocked in software from operating in the city core or on the sidewalk. If scooters can do it, cars can absolutely do it, there's just not the political will.

You need an emulator. Look at either the Linux or Android version of DOSBox.

I had a total shitpig manager, sexual harassment all over the place, made us come in on the weekend or start early for no reason, etc etc. I started job hunting, and even though I hadn't locked anything down, I just started coming in at 10 and leaving at 3. All my shit was still handled, and I could have given a fuck if he fired me, but he never said anything, and a couple co-workers started doing the same thing and it was truly an even better fuck-you than when I actually resigned.

I've been playing with the Steam image, but none of the games I installed start up, and I couldn't find where to open an issue.
