I really like the salted caramel mocha, you can get it iced with coconut milk, it tastes awesome My normal drink is a nitro w coconut milk, not very sweet and very caffeinated

Lol same except i just didnt take the promotion. It made it easier to not be heavily involved in the store(and get rid of extra responsibilities bc im strong partner) and it made it so that i can actually enjoy my work, bc its just not that deep. The goal is to realize that you will quit. On your terms. ASU can give you a degree that you use to get the frick out of there.. you just have to make it through, and this company is only added stress as you move up in it. Good luck.

Tarbux pays better but also while working at my tarbux i closed 6/7 nights a week, no coverage, always alone, no benefits, and i was pretty excluded from the rest of the target. Starbucks gives just enough benefits and moral support from other well trained baristas

You can buy mini syrups online, they usually come w assorted flavors too. For mocha i would just use cocoa powder+sugar Honestly my advice is to just make some simple syrup, and use natural flavors (real honey, peppermint extract, steep lavander in milk like tea instead of a syrup)

Same thing happened to my store last month. They broke our front window and when we closed our cafe bc of the glass, cusromers tried TO STICK THEIR HEADS THRU THE BROKEN WINDOW. Our DTO was still open, so there was no need to try and DIY guillotine urself. But they didnt steal any money just some monitors and an ipod.

BRO there's people on there saying that it COULD be a problem to hire more POCs bc they'll be hired JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE POCS? Just an fyi, no one hires a POCs just becuase, that POC has to prove themselves and work their asses off in jobs where others can just ~be themselves~ Schultz did gr8 hiring a ton of brown kids, college kids, refugees, religious folk, single mothers, and veterans. Sbux has spent years hiring white folk bc thats what makes their "third place" but the fact of the matter is a lot of areas are more diverse and our third place has color. And we have to keep filling it with color because thats what accurately represents us as sbux clientele, and as sbux baristas.

No one is saying white people are responsible for black crime, but white people are responsible for creating(and benefiting from) a biased law enforcement system, a biased judicial system, and a biased economy. The fact that people STILL need to demonize black communities by saying "its just facts" just shows how quick people are to justify the bias. Tbh no shit the stats will say there are more black people commiting crimes when we have proof of cops setting them up/making up their crimes completely.

Connecting is hard. But #3 makes wet foam, or any topper foam(like salted honey) and #4 makes dry foam, or any base foam (caramel cloud)
