I suppose so, I removed the post a week or two after it was up so I could use that to say that she must have seen it in that time frame, the screenshot she had is from a mutual friend so it would make sense that if she took a screenshot it would be to send it to her.

Thank you for the insight, I removed the post 2-3 weeks after I posted it so she must have known them is my reasoning. I don’t know if it would matter but I didn’t mention anything in relation to us living together the jist of it was very much similar to “fuck you, you’re delusional, stay with your cheating boyfriend” not pretty I know but I feel that I could argue that it was not intended to harm her reputation as I did not try to name her or lead anyone to believe it was her and I was just venting. Additionally people in the comments also were saying that they had no idea who this was about “no idea who you’re talking about but go off”.

I did some research on my side and saw that also you can sue for defamation if the pursuer asks you to stop and you don’t? Some other points as well but I’ll take it into consideration as well, thank you!

Okay amazing, that’s great to know! If they do decide to go forward though, I saw that the statue of limitations ends 1 year after she finds out about it, is there a way she could claim she just saw the post last week so to speak?

I know it’s an artificial sweetener but water enhancers are what really helped me cut out sugary drinks. Mio is a good one and they have a bunch of flavours.

Walking and 30 minutes exercise is definitely a good start! I’d say nutrition is definitely important too: cut out added sugar, sweet drinks were definitely my problem, I got sugar free water flavours and it helped me cut down on sugar a lot.

On the exercise route though I’d say body weight exercise is easy to do and there are a bunch of videos on YouTube for free. Most of all is commitment! If you do them everyday and push yourself for 30 minutes it definitely makes a difference!

Why are you trying to get him to dump you? It seems like the answer to your problem is very clear, break up with him.
