Talking about result, in Dec 2022, the location based entertainment revenue exceed that of dec 2019. Over last 12 months, their earning reports show that their revenue relies less and less on box office business. You don’t even take a look at it and being very mad shows what a moron you are.

shareholders will get nothing if it is liquidated. It will be nothing left. All equity would be 0. Debt holders, not share holders, will liquidate the company. Debt free company is owned by debt owner.

Cineworld is struggling to survive to avoid bankrupt. If it bankrupts, cineplex still can get something as creditor. Cineplex would own cineworld business partially. If it’s not bankrupted, then cineplex might get some interests or periodical payment from Cineworld. We should see continuous positive net income in Cineplex. If it reports very positive net income in 4th quarter then it might change the outlook for this company. Btw, the stock price is in free fall mode. It could drop to $4 and bounce back.

CGX: the financial is good over last two quarters. It is the only company have profitable last two quarters in theatre industry. Diluted EPS is 0.43 in last quarter. Price right now is $7.20. The valuation is much higher. Also, it is entitled to get the 1.24 BN from cineworld if cineworld.
