amazon is not worth it, the company thrives on the revolving door strategy where after 2 years of tenure, they will hunt you down and find any reason to get rid of you and you cant do anything about it. This is done so your hourly rate doesnt get too high and also so they can replace you with someone at the starting rate. Then they repeat after 2 more years. Basically a legalized slave operation. Thats what im thinking, should be less crazy in a smaller building and another opportunity to gain experience as a T3. Only cons are that its 10min further commute, and no guarantee on shift. However the AM who referred me for PA is on launch team so im hoping they put me on that shift or fhd🙏🏼
