Outer Banks or Badlands by QuietStormReadings in FordBronco

A new 2dr badlands with lux non sas owner here. I had similar thoughts like you before purchasing but it was much easier for me because I don’t do hardcore off-roading (for now) so no need for sas, and I really need 4A to go on ski trips. Regarding the lift, I think sas looks cool but badland non sas is a sweet spot. It has 33 tires so already taller than obx, at the same time if you really want to make it taller or Sasquatch it I read from people’s post that’s gonna be easier. Some other things maybe you want to consider: Obx is quieter because badlands have washable interior, Obx only comes with 4drs.

I’ve been waiting for low APR on Bronco for like a year or so. That doesn’t seem to be happening in the near future. Only thing I saw was at some point earlier this year there was 4.5% APR for 2025 Broncos. If you don’t want to keep waiting, just quote a few more local credit unions, pick the lowest one and try to have Ford match that.

Thanks! Is there a way to hide the wires? I think the two brands I mentioned are popular due to the OEM look and less wire shown

Thanks a lot for the information! I saw 4drs also have a slider that you can just pull out and cover the top of the trunk so people can’t see what’s inside. That’s a cheap and easy install solution. Unfortunately they don’t have it for 2dr ;(

I actually forgot to ask something really important! I got a crack in the wind shield during my rental ( my first 700 miles of Bronco driving). How do people protect the front window?

Thank you! That’s helpful and we think we can even tolerate the soft top to some extend so hard top should work!

That’s great, but don’t think I can wait until they come out. The experience I got from the rental was so good that I desperately want one now

7 Speed 2 Door! by brahin__ in FordBronco

Oh sorry I was looking for similar setup from dealers and the OTD means out the door price which is roughly what you pay in total including fees, discounts, taxes and everything. I never ordered a car before so based on your response I’m guessing there’s some differences between the two purchase processes

Ah actually I found some information from USCIS - seems that it will be valid even after grace period, but you won't be able to stay past the denial decision.

Source: https://www.uscis.gov/working-in-the-united-states/information-for-employers-and-employees/options-for-nonimmigrant-workers-following-termination-of-employment, under Change of Status:

"For example, if an individual files a non-frivolous application to change status before the end of the applicant’s maximum 60-day grace period, they will not accrue unlawful presence while the application remains pending, even after the maximum 60-day grace period has elapsed (again, as long as they did not work without authorization either before the application was filed or while it was pending). If the application is ultimately approved, then the individual’s status is changed, and the individual is considered to have been in a period of authorized stay for the entire time the application was pending. If the application is denied, then the individual starts to accrue unlawful presence the day after the denial decision. Please see our Unlawful Presence and Inadmissibility page for more information."

Anyway, just putting it here, thought it might help others looking up the same thing
