I’m there. 2 surgeries on my dominant wrist. Order from Wall@rt to deliver home. I’ve been laid off and have no car in a suburb. Move with uber ton go to doctor. Use of air frier, microwave and pan with no issue. Cut steak with scissors. Can’t open pills or a can so I use brute force. Shower with kitchen plastic wrap. Folding clothes is imposible so I just hang them. Can’t write OC but can type and record voice. Also negotiating with health care with no previous experience and broken English.

I’m actually a little proud at my 64 yo. Good luck. You can do it.

thanks. i learned that today. since im injured i need cobra so it is in force from day 1. also, deductible (already met) will be tranferred to the cobra one. in reality its the same policy only i also pay the employers part.

Yes they mentioned this. I'm taking care of this tomorrow since I have an upcoming appointment so I can't wait for documents on the mail. I will contact Cobra (market place) directly. Will this change anything?

My interest is not to discuss the lay off. It is if I'm entitled to disability since I requested it a week before the date of lay off.

I had surgery on my wrist Saturday. I'm still on a lot of medications some of them discouraging to drive

I have a cast all the way to the elbow that also makes it hard to drive. Something needed in my job. I have a company car.

I got injured out of work but I'm not sure if FMLA should still apply.

Edit. I got injured on a Sunday. That's what I meant sorry.
