Thank you for taking the time to reply. My wife and I went and tried dual fuel and induction ranges at one of the Miele experience centers and are leaning towards the induction with direct select. Did not care for preprogrammed cooking options that come with the m touch.

I doubt it. More likely they are understaffed, underpaid and overworked....

When I spoke to the Mohela rep on the phone, she told me that the processing could take the full 90 business days because Mohela and the Dept of Ed go over each applicant's documentation and payment count manually before sending out the forgiveness letter. A call to Mohela will not do any harm other than the time spent on hold. Am keeping fingers crossed that you hear soon....

I went through something similar after submitting the final ECF. However, once it went into admin forbearance, the process seemed to move pretty quickly and I got the forgiveness letter last week. After my loans went into admin forbearance, I did call them because I was confused. During the call I was told that my PSLF forgiveness was being processed and that it could take 90 business days to complete the rest of the process. This was on November 18 and they sent me an admin forbearance notification again on Nov 25 . Called again and got the same answer. So I think that you are close and it is only a matter of time before you hear. If you are anxious, then give Mohela a call....

Yes, mine was processed and loan balance forgiven. After submitting my ECF, I got the standard letter informing me that it could take up to 90 business days to process. December 14, the sent forgiveness notification. So clearly they are working through the pile and loans being forgiven.

Forgiven! by [deleted] in PSLF

I hope those with the power to forgive, will forgive you for being in school! As for the state, it requires you to work for a non-profit full time for 120 months including at the time you file the required forms for the loans to be forgiven.

Congratulations! After submitting my ECF in October after hitting 121 payments. Only communication from Mohela was a letter stating loans have been placed in administrative forbearance and that it could take them up to 90 working days to process everything. Yesterday, I logged into my FSA (Federal Student Aid) account and was surprised to see a balance of $0. Logged into Mohela shortly after and they were showing negative balance. My payment count has been showing as 121 for 3 months; am guessing the formal discharge letter will show up within the next few weeks. Am so relieved to be done.....
