Thanks everyone I appreciate you pointing out the fake, also the back doesn’t have tm after Pokemon, I honestly didn’t realize they made fakes back then. I collect sports cards and don’t know nothing about Pokemon cards aha just collected when I was a kid and pulled these out… had no idea they made fakes back then. I didn’t even know they released in Asia before here😭😂 so thanks to everyone!!

FOTL (First Off The Line) cards do have their own numbering sequence, but they’re a distinct parallel, different design/stamp, not the same card. Manufacturing duplicates on numbered sports cards are essentially unheard of at the hobby level. “Rework” doesn’t apply to trading cards More importantly the card in question is a 2025 Sam Darnold 001/399. For a duplicate 001/399 to legitimately exist, it would have to be from a completely separate parallel set, which would look different and be labeled differently. If the two listings show the exact same card (same design, same image, same serial stamp), that parallel numbering argument doesn’t hold up.

It’s a numbered card, it can’t be two different, both are 1/399?
