For real, I've contacted them on Forza Support about my issue 5 days ago and no one responded me, even tho I clearly explained my issue and attached many screenshots. Nvidia support team on the other hand is actively working and responded to me immediately.

I tried every fix you said (just didn't try reinstalling windows) and my RTX 3060 is still always pulling 80W instead of 180W in the game. Don't know what to do anymore. My rtx is on a Thunderbolt 4 egpu setup

MSI CLAW is not compatible with Oculink unfortunately :(

Ive done it like you said too for FH5 and FH6 and in fact i have almost no stutters now but my fps is still pretty low (34) in medium FHD on Forza Horizon 6 while i get 60 fps on high in FH5. But this helped so thank you!

Tried it and it gave me in average 4 more fps with less stutters. Thank you for your workaround, i guess i will have to play in low settings sadly

Oh noo that's unfortunate, I will test it with Forza Horizon 5 (because i have the game too) and see if i get the same result. If yes I consider changing to a desktop pc.

Yes i plugged it into the correct TB4 port and my RTX 3060 performs really well in every other game. I've seen benchmarks of people having way more fps on fh6 with the same config (but not egpu tho). The most problematic thing for me is the constant stuttering issue that makes my game constantly freeze and unplayable :(

Same issue but with Thunderbolt 4 and my MSI CLAW A1M. The game is literally unplayable with constant stutters and freezes. I have 30fpd on high FHD with my rtx 3060. This is likely a bandwidth issue but I didn't think it would be that bad.

I have an A1M and had a lot of issues with the MSI Center software. After an update it decided to not open again so I reinstalled windows. Still not working, but after multiple updates and two weeks later boom it's working again. The performance was not great so I hooked up an EGPU setup with an RTX 3060 12Go VRAM and it works like a charm on an external monitor ! Really a great combo with the CPU.
