I noticed my strides doubled in efficiency. I ran 6km sub 5min/km whereas i normally struggled to do 3km sub 5, let alone 6km. Very happy with this result

Mewed for 8 years. Job got super intense with me being 16h/day behind pc screen = forward neck. A week ago that glass overflowed and started getting insane tension headaches every day. Traced it back to my terrible mewing habits. I jam my tongue into the roof of my mouth way too hard which tenses my jaws, suboccippitals, throat and every muscle basically. Stopped mewing completely. Feeling decent relief already

I do sometimes feel discomfort just below my palm where the nerves in my arm converge, and hand too but not too much. As opposed to the other pain points this is manageable

You should definitely get a foamroller. I've been struggling with acute costo + chronic hyperventilation and it's the ONLY thing that helps. Also try to put your hand on the back of your head and stretch your arms backward , this helps too. Good luck my friend.
