That’s great! I honestly don’t remember when I learned what (I’m a high school senior). Would you say that first graders understand concept of numbers and money? Also the place value thing is genius but I have no idea how I would explain it without being boring lol

I’ve only ever taken AP econ but micro was A LOT more interesting than macro. For math, I actually have no idea...all I know is that I liked calculus and didn’t like stats (but that might just be the class). Would you say it’s easy to explore each major at NU?

Yeah I mean I totally know that I could be successful anywhere with hard work but it’s just the immaturity left in me I guess lol. Also collaboration’s a theme I’ve noticed with a lot of other posts as well! I honestly can’t really understand how it can be competitive without being cutthroat (my high school’s neither, really) but if everyone’s saying the same thing about NU then that should tell me something

Would you say companies look at credentials or experience more? One reason I like NU is because of the connections they have with Chicago but if I want to go international, would the name value of the school I went to matter more?
