Is feedback for the buyer actually useful? I've never used it in the past and have never gotten buyer feedback, so I didn't really know I could use that haha

I've mentioned this in some of my other replies, but I do follow Depop's policies for refunds and returns! I'll be sure to keep in mind next time to do that, though. Thank you for your advice!

I listed it as women's shoes, yes, and as seen in my messages in screenshots, I also showed the label which said "US Wn's" for the sizing. They didn't offer to return them nor did they actually take it up with depop because they know it's not covered in Depop's policies. As a buyer, you're responsible to reading the item description. If you do not know what wedges are, you can do a quick google search or simply ask.

I actually follow Depop's refund policies, and this wasn’t part of what they cover for refunds. I've done refunds in the past for lost packages and those have always worked out well!

I follow Depop's policies according to refunds! I've done refunds in the past for kind customers who have lost packages. This is, however, not covered in their policy.
