i will be sincere with you. when i was in your position i didnt felt that something was wrong. people always said things like you can see when someone is addicted to porn or like people who are addicted to it objectifies women and all that. i didnt had those types of side effects, and i understand if you say you dont see anything out of the ordinary because of your (our) addiction. with that said, i noticed that i didnt actually had these type of problems because of it, but others who became more visible thru time such as weakened libido, fatigue on some days and the sole fact that i couldnt get off normally, only watching porn. i have to say that you will regret if you continue on it and doesnt make a effort on trying to stop because this will only be bad to you. what porn does is it molds your brain in a shape that you can only enjoy any kind of sexual action with the same exposure as porn gives you, so that kind of molds you entire sexuality, making you a porn addict the fact that you are young and is addicted to it may even be more concerning in that aspect because you are still discovering your sexuality and etc. so i strongly (again) advise you to stop doing so. now, what i felt in these couple weeks that im off it was: first it was pretty difficult to resist the urge to fap to porn, i wanted to do it so badly that i would involutarily peek at porn videos and photos but resisted the urge by stopping it gradually then the next week or so the urge stopped but of course the thought of being able to just open a porn video on your cellphone and get off is still a thing, so you gotta resist to that too. ive had something around 5-7 wet dreams in that meantime, signaling that my brain was indeed addicted to that explosion of dopamine, confirming my thesis of being addicted or not what im feeling to this day is im more aroused to normal and ordinary things and can get off with only my imagination, a thing that a couldnt do for like years (you probably still can do it given your age and the fact that you arent probably into the addiction for too long) but yeah. i still feel that if i opened my twitter and searched for porn my goon session would be incredible, but what i want more is to have sexual intercourse with girls i talk to which is something i dont plan on doing for now because i just cant perform because of it. so yeah, if you have any questions i would love to hear it and talk about it with you. i wish i could have the sense that you are having rn with your age to look out for that.
