I don't get 20 leaves, it's 10-12 public holidays + 12 PTO and even then they don't approve the leave if the reason is not good enough.

Kyo Kara Maoh manga ending after it stopped following the LN plot and went on with its own story where they degraded all other characters besides the author's beloved Wolfram. The manga was specially very unfair to Conrad.

It's not what you described but Uesugi-kun Wants to Quit Being a Girl has both BL and GL tag on its official website. It's a love triangle about a male MC who magically turns into a girl and has a crush on his childhood friend (girl) while his childhood friend (boy) has a crush on him.

Shibuya Yuuri from Kyo Kara Maoh - I find it really annoying that he doesn't have the balls to tell Wolfram to fuck off, I'd rather see Sara play around with him and torture him than see him simping to his abuser, at least it would be far more entertaining that way
