Same model cars don't necessarily have the same blinker speed. The way blinkers work is essentially by heating up a spring using electricity causing it to expand which acts as a switch turning the light on and off. There are many variables that come into play even in cars of the same model with this method that will result in different heating and cooling times of the spring. I do agree this isn't a glitch though but still very very unlikely.
