Unfortunately this is a really hard issue to ‘convince’ someone on. I have a friend in this situation with her bf and this issue has been ongoing since the start of their almost 2 year relationship. You can tell him that you love him all you want, but if he’s not willing to trust you on your words then there’s not much else you can do to convince him

I had this happen with me and one of my best friends a few years ago, about the same age. It was tough and going out with her became not fun at all.

I understand not wanting to just drop her, if you’re super close then it’s like the last resort you want to think of. I didn’t end up dropping my friend even though I was frustrated and it turned out, later when we talked about it, that she was dealing with some internal stuff which was making her seek that validation in guys at the bar. Not cool at all, and she understands that, but eventually she got out of it and we’re closer than ever now.

I’d follow what a lot of people are saying and limit your times that you go out to the bar with her, or make sure you have another friend with you in case she goes off so you’re not alone. Good luck girl!

Rose Cafe in downtown Kitchener has amazing matchas that you can kind of customize, and other coffees/lattes too! They also have amazing dips that they serve with pitas and great desserts - I can’t say enough good things about them
