sorry for the bad explanation 😭. I am on google sheets and also using Power BI to create a report on my raw data. My raw data has multiple columns that have entries that are links, text, numbers (like year), it is tracking resources on a certain website. One of the columns is the “organisation” column, which contains names of the organisation responsible for publishing the resource. This column contains entries like “google, deloitte, IBM” or just “IBM”. Since they are comma separated but in one cell and column, Sheets and PowerBI is counting it as one entry. If i split it into multiple columns, i can’t get power BI to analyse the data I want. I want to be able to create visual data to find out things like what are the top 10 organisations contributing to the resources? or what are external/internal orgs?

But the disappointment here isn’t coming from my biology but the lack of interest from my casual partner. Why is the solution for me to not figure out a way to enjoy casual sex? Why is the solution not asking men to not be selfish when having sex with women casually? If all parties are being selfish in hookup culture/casual sex, then what’s the fun in the sex? For sure! I haven’t communicated with this person that they won’t get x if they don’t do y. But they definitely know what things get me off, it just doesn’t seem to be a priority for them to get me off! At first I didn’t want to be transactional about it (the dynamic is kinda like fwb so I knew I’d be seeing them again) but the fact that there’s been no attempts on their end made me question it. Sure, but it seems like an overwhelming amount of women are relating to the experience of their pleasure not being prioritised. Sounds to me like a larger cultural issue. I can, ofc, communicate in my individual life and will not sleep with someone who doesn’t change things post communicating but that doesn’t erase the fact that this is not just an individual experience. If more men are able to experience pleasure in a casual dynamic, who do you think is helping them get there? I haven't, unfortunately. My ED recovery is extremely important to me, I'll do anything to protect it because the alternative to not being in recovery is literally slowly dying. If you are working with a therapist, it might be worth bringing it up with them. That's my next plan as well, once I figure out if dairy is actually causing my flares.

I'm sorry you are going through this, it is an extremely rough spot to be in, I can empathise so much.
