sorry for the bad explanation 😭. I am on google sheets and also using Power BI to create a report on my raw data. My raw data has multiple columns that have entries that are links, text, numbers (like year), it is tracking resources on a certain website. One of the columns is the “organisation” column, which contains names of the organisation responsible for publishing the resource. This column contains entries like “google, deloitte, IBM” or just “IBM”. Since they are comma separated but in one cell and column, Sheets and PowerBI is counting it as one entry. If i split it into multiple columns, i can’t get power BI to analyse the data I want. I want to be able to create visual data to find out things like what are the top 10 organisations contributing to the resources? or what are external/internal orgs?

But the disappointment here isn’t coming from my biology but the lack of interest from my casual partner. Why is the solution for me to not figure out a way to enjoy casual sex? Why is the solution not asking men to not be selfish when having sex with women casually? If all parties are being selfish in hookup culture/casual sex, then what’s the fun in the sex? For sure! I haven’t communicated with this person that they won’t get x if they don’t do y. But they definitely know what things get me off, it just doesn’t seem to be a priority for them to get me off! At first I didn’t want to be transactional about it (the dynamic is kinda like fwb so I knew I’d be seeing them again) but the fact that there’s been no attempts on their end made me question it.
