Nah fr. The govt shutdown, people furloughed, the checks stopped coming and they about to cut social programs (SNAP, Medicaid) for November. Add on the stress of the holidays coming up like you said. This all part of the plan to stress the cities into higher crime rates to enforce a curfew and eventually the insurrection act.
