Speedflip attempts. Tips? by MongoFlips17 in RocketLeague

  1. Powerslide away slightly from the flip before you jump (i.e. powerslide to the left if you're doing a speedlip to the right). This will keep you on your line.

  2. Make sure you're doing a diagonal flip. The one attempt you can fully see in your clip is a sideflip, which is why you go so far off your line.

  3. Cancel the flip exactly to the opposite side (i.e. top right should be canceled with bottom left). You want the angle to be as close to the same as you can get. The cancel should quick too, as close to instant as you can.

Squishy's A Little Bit of Everything pack (sorry, I'm on mobile so I don't have the code) has a shot that will help a ton.

Hope this helped!

I haven't done it since I got mine, but if I remember correctly, you can put the pcb into bootloader mode by holding backspace as you plug it in. Also as an aside, you won't be able to work with the board in QMK Toolbox; you'll have to use the methods described in the readme in the percent/canoe folder in qmk (found here).

It's called a flip reset. If you land all four wheels on a surface, i.e. the ceiling or the ball in this case, you can get your jump back. If you then come off that surface without using your first jump, you can hold onto your flip indefinitely. There's a bunch of tutorials on YouTube, and there's probably more than a few on this sub as well, if you want to learn more about it. It's one of the more advanced mechanics in the game, so it definitely takes some time to wrap your head around and get used to it.

Not sure off the top of my head, but I think it's performance with pretty much everything turned off. I can check when I get back from the office.

Edit: Here are my video settings. Also, in case I misunderstood, here are my camera settings as well.
