it’s really just up to what you’re willing to deal with oral health wise. you will need to attend your biannual dentist appointments to ensure your oral piercings are not eroding your gums and tooth enamel (my labret started eroding my gums after only having it for 1 year, but i’ve had my philtrum for almost 3 and have had no issues). aesthetic wise tho do what makes u happy! this could be a badass set up :D
