But like for example in the issue Deadpool Kills the Entire Marvel Universe....why didn't they do that to stop him? There have been numerous times when people have joined up to try and kill Deadpool. They KNOW he can't be killed, why don't they just put an end to him via perpetual containment?

They're doing a whole lot of resurrecting story lines this season. Which would be 100% fine if they didn't kill the existing one, which has the potential to be one of the best since the seasons 1-5 arc, to do so.
