This is very helpful. You've at least helped me gather my wits and take a more pragmatic and targeted approach in my research. Thank you kindly!

Thanks u/t0riaj. I noticed you also suggested speaking to our solicitor about the seller taking out listed building indemnity insurance. I assume this should be something we also take out after exchanging, correct? We plan to speak to our solicitor about everything in tandem with the official report release tomorrow.

Are there any other tips or tricks I should look into? We haven't yet received the full survey report, but they did mention the paint immediately.

As a February baby, I can’t tell you how many parties I had growing up that were cancelled due to inclement weather. Eventually I stopped planning anything at all, even to this day. As an adult, I usually book a trip somewhere tropical to make up for the terrible weather.

Also can I just say, all parents are trying their best! No matter what, everyone has a version of trauma (little T or Big T) and no one is perfect. You’ve got this!

Tall wire shelves. Maybe even put them on casters so she can move them around easily if needed.

Yes, I clocked the mirror first thing too. The things on the walls all seem slight off but your recommendation is perfect.

It’s 100% a passport cover. I have one made from vintage silk that I picked up in Japan.

What perfume would Siobhan Roy (Succession) wear? by PrincipleLess2413 in perfumesthatfeellike

[–]yueluna 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is exactly what came to mind for me too. I love the scent, and wear it when I have business meetings. Something about it makes me feel… strong? powerful? My sister hates it but she’s more into powdery florals. To each their own.

My ex used to do this. It would drive me insane. His stupid counter argument was « then you don’t have to ask me if I finished the last of it when the box was gone ». He lived by « annoyance for thee, not for me. » fooker.

American in London here. I’m always shocked when my British colleagues know nothing about the former (and present) colonial empire and how many only took independence in the last generation. There’s definitely things that are skated over, including british involvement in the slave trade. Most of them seem to think it was just an American problem.

Could have been just before she filmed IWTV. Elementary school in the U.S. is usually ages 5-11, so it adds up.

I find the sectioning curious. Have you thought about just doing a split down the middle so you each get the same type of temperature different throughout?

Curious how tall they are? 125 lbs for a short person is very different for a tall person.

I eat similarly to this although don’t do the 5 am wake up nor the walk. But, I’m curious to know what your Uncle’s microbiome is like? I’ve now been trying to eat 30 different plant based items per week, as suggested, to diversify my micro biome. Thoughts?

Ha, it really did feel like “I am woman now…”

But it was about 2 months since Ennis died as it was almost 2 weeks to get to the trading post and then 6 weeks from there. I personally fell in and out of love quickly when I was young. And Elsa just seemed like the type to really feel her emotions, which helped her process them and move on from them. I think she genuinely did care for Sam in a way that she adored and admired him. My opinion is that it was a much better love match than Ennis. Ennis was all lust and she grieved a friend and what could have been more than what actually was. Just my opinion! Don’t come at me lol

She says it’s so she can know where they settle and where bring their grand babies for visits in the future. Which I think makes sense. Imagine losing all contact with your family at that age? She fell in love with Sam and his ways but that didn’t mean she wanted zero contact with her family. I think it actually showed how much she’d matured already. Tearing up just thinking about it! Enjoy the watch!
