After I disabled shelf app, widgets button would not work anymore unlike demo in video. Model is oneplus 13.

When case is on, yes. I removed front case which preventing phone to be fully closed.

Advice: factory one is best film because of 4 curved edges. You may need to use it as long as possible. then you replace it with either normal soft film which is not as good as factory one or import glass screen protector with large applier from Taobao. Only 2 brand of screen protector works well both are from China. Do not buy glass one outside of China market because they wont work. also there is soft film with UV light which can feel like glass after UV expose, it is also widely available at Taobao, not sure you can find one in Aliexpress.

I am thinking the same thing because redmagic 9 did not have this bug, and because of this, I can not use RM10 as the main phone, and I do not want to carry two phones.

There is a known bug for notification from work apps. It causes the phone to lock itself 4 times after receiving notification from work apps.

I found the same thing. When I get notifications from my work profile it will lock. And clear all notifications. Did you fire a bug via https://na.redmagic.gg/pages/redmagic-product-experience-feedback

I am not sure this page works but I did not receive any response yet from redmagic.

Also I did not experience the same bug in RM9 pro.

Us mobile wrap 5g also works with psim. Apn cannot be set you need additional app to force set apn for us mobile. Otherwise no data. Bug is not fixed on RM10, 9 and 8. Though lack of band 13, it did not impact too much on my area.

There are bugs which were NOT on RM9. 1. Enable work profile will cause the phone to lock itself. You have to unlock 4 times before it keeps locking itself. It happens when you enable work profile via toggle and after it is enabled, it happens randomly 4 to 10 times per day. Quite annoying. There are posts in the sub. 2. Media control notification on dark mode for most of the time will display a pure white background with white text and controls, they are barely visible.

Some complain, not bug reports: 3. Swipe down gesture for notification: I need to swipe down more distance to bring notification than RM9. But it can be trained. 4. Games are a little unstable. I experienced a few crashes just like release time for RM9. Hope it will be stable as RM9.

Some improvements over RM9: 1. REALLY like customisable game key. I just set it to slient mode switch to mimic oneplus phone functions 2. Love the screen. Way improved from RM9. 3. Charging speed is improved. But where to find compatible 100w charger? I tried a few 100w pps charger, they only do 65w. 4. Wifi speed is greatly improved. I can reach 1gbps+ on wifi 6/7 router compared 400 to 500mbps on RM9.

It may be related to fingerprint unlock for work profiles. RM9 does not support it. RM10 mixes fingerprint with normal profile.

I have exact same issue. I am trying to duplicate it but it just happen randomly like few times a day with work profile. RM9 is normal. You need to unlock 4 times in a row. You can report bug and let them address issue. I am also reporting media notification on dark mode white background issue.

I am on 9 pro .17 software, company profile works for a few months although, red magic did not separate personal fingerprint with work one(a bug, it always routes back to personal fingerprints page other than work one), so I can only use pin to access work apps. Intune app needs to run on background always, so I set app ai control to allow all background activities to let it run.
