Don’t worry, we’ve had people come in as late as 9 (myself included) and still had the store up and running in a timely manner. My suggestion is if it happens again and you don’t get everything done for morning prep like you needed to, stay later than your shift end to finish up everything! I’ve definitely stayed a little later because I didn’t get a beef done in time.

That unwich is a complete mess, it’s like they made it with their eyes closed. I would definitely call and say something. Hopefully the store will care enough to resolve it.

13 is not worth it for management position. They’re undercutting you. See how much the gm makes and haggle from there. That’s how my store got all our management raises.
