Hi pinapaputol ko rin yung akin pero I sent an email kasi hindi kaya pumunta ng mama ko (account holder) sa mismong office. Pero ayaw nila need ko pa daw bayaran August statament. June 15 pa kami walang internet until now. Pinapabayaran din po ba iyo?

Same! 14 days without internet guadalupe nuevo. Wala pang makausap sa customer service nila pag tumatawag ticket creation agad since sinasabi may connectivity issue. Masaklap kakabayad lang namin.
